How do I book an event?

You can book an event by contacting us.

What is required at the time that I book an event?

If your event date is less than 30 days away from the current date, the full room rental rate is due at the time of signing the contract. If your event date is more than 30 days away from the current date, ½ of the room rental rate is due at the time of signing the contract.

What times can I book my event for?

Rooms can be booked 7 days a week from 8:00am - Midnight. Rooms are booked in an 8 hour time block. Both the event and clean-up must take place during that 8 hours. We recommend setting aside at least one hour for clean up. Additional decorating time is subject to additional cost.

What is included in my room rental?

The Killeen Arts & Activities Center provides tables, chairs, and trashcans for each event. We do have equipment that is available for rent. Please look at our equipment rentals for a full list of our equipment and their prices.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) for all fees.

Can I bring food for my event?

Clients are permitted to provide any food of their choosing for their events. Clients may also provide any non-alcoholic beverages. The Killeen Arts & Activities Center will not provide any means of storing, heating, or cooling your food & beverages. Clients may rent one of our kitchen facilities for that purpose.

Can I bring alcohol to my event?

Clients are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages inside of the Killeen Arts & Activities Center. If a client would like alcohol for their event, the Killeen Arts & Activities Center can provide alcohol & bar services. Please contact us for more details.

May I come in and set up early for my event?

Clients are only permitted to set up during their scheduled 8 hour block. Additional time may be added at an additional cost.
