Equipment Rentals

The Killeen Arts and Activities Center has additional equipment that is available for rental by our clients. Our friendly & knowledgeable staff will set up the equipment, along with tables & chairs, to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible.
Note that equipment is for use in the KAAC facilities ONLY.

o Chair Covers (Black or White)- $1 each
o Cocktail Table Covers (Black, White, or Grey) - $6 each
o Fairy Lights (Set of 4) - $10 per set
o Pipe & Drape - $30 per section

o Uplighting (Set of 6; Red, Blue, Green, Pink, Lavender) - $30 per set

o Flag Set (American & Texas) - $20 per set
o Arch - $30 per day
o Podium with Sound & Microphone - $50 per day
o Projection Set - $80 per day
o **Spotlight - $20 per day
o Portable 70inch Smart TV - $150 per day
o Lg. Banquet Hall AV - $200 per day
o Small Sound System - $80 per day
o Speaker w/Microphone - $50 per day
o **Large Sound System - $200 per day

o 360 photo booth $300 per day

o Throne Chairs $75 per day
